Jack Thompson shot down, again.

September 3rd, 2007 posted by KJ in General News

Another Take-Two issue with everyone’s favorite (not really) lawyer, Jack Thompson. Nothing too far out there, Jack makes claim he can’t back up, Take-Two gets annoyed — they argue for awhile, and fighting stops. This time Thompson is attacking Take-Two’s methods for age verification, the same age verification used by every single gaming website on the internet. Take-Two retaliates with information to back up their system, and Thompson spits out hit usual crap.

But don’t take it from me, read for yourself: Game Politics

P.S. Sorry for the lack of news articles. I’ve had a lot going on in my life and have been mostly spending downtime playing games. I apologize for the lack of news, especially that of the few new releases we never mentioned.

I really wish I could be posting this. I’m usually on top of things…

I swear. “The youth of today is affected largely by M rated games. You shouldn’t make it so easy for them to buy these games”.
“We make them supply credit card number and age, Jack”
“THEY MIGHT STEAL THE CREDIT CARD”
“THEN ITS NOT REALLY THE GAMES FAULT NOW IS IT JACK?”
    “…you one crazy bitch…”
