A lack of an internal HD-DVD drive, among other things, is inexcusable for a piece of hardware that's supposed to be an ultimate multimedia device. The 360 Elite's only advantage now is the hard drive, which really isn't all that significant - certainly not worth the $80 difference between the two SKUs.
