Playstation 3 and PSP firmware updates

Both the Playstation 3 and the PSP get a nice firmware update. The PSP, going from 3.51 to 3.52 is basically getting just a couple of security enhancements. However, the PS3 got a few really nice upgrades.
The PS3’s updates include:
- Custom background wallpapers
- Emoticon support in messages
- Games in XMB can be sorted.
- Ability to adjust movies options while watching movie
