‘Gears of War’ for the PC?

Apparently a video containing a montage to Gears of War (GoW) was released on the internet, but the video was tagged for the PC. It was shortly removed from the site, but found its way to YouTube and Google. Check the video below the cut.

I really hope this comes true though, because I would love to kick the crap out of people in some true hi-def graphics. Hopefully they pull this off better than Microsoft’s attempt at porting Halo 2, which was a complete failure. However, if it utilizes the ‘Games for Windows Live!’ feature, you can expect this only to come out on Vista, sorry.

    That’s sucky. I don’t want to buy Vista until it’s a lot better >=(

    I think it said in the article that the creator said that he’ll continue to support XP, so not all hope is lost. But if it really does utilize the ‘Games for Windows Live!’ feature, you should more or less expect it for Vista. =\
